Go to VFE Website; click on “Our VFE Team” (mobile version, click on 3 bars in upper right corner); use the drop down menu to select & click a VFE Shop location or scroll down page to make selection; click on their name, and you will see their VFE profile; Scroll down to read up about your VFE Specialist & utilize the contact information on their profile to call or message your VFE Specialist directly. Text message is preferred.

Once you select and contact your VFE Therapist, then this is the time to ask your VFE Specialist about their rates and packages. Keep in mind that our rates include the bodywork we provide, all modalities, suggested strength,mobility and stretching exercises, ongoing feedback & support, and access to your VFE Specialist outside of the scheduled session.

Most sessions are 60-90 minutes, but can be longer if requested. We may spend more time with you if needed.

Men: Shorts; Women: Sports bra & shorts. Bring a large towel to place on the treatment table.

Pasadena: Parking can be challenging and limited. please allow time to find parking prior to your appointment. There is street parking; Parking is limited in front parking lot; available parking in parking lot on side of building through the back alley.

There is plenty of parking in the front of the gym and our VFE shops in Duarte & Walnut.

Our Yelp and Google mentions we are open at specific hours. We are “By Appointment Only”, but you can always call or drop by our locations to see if someone is inside that you can chat with. We may be with a client, but we can always chat with you briefly.

Zelle, cash, Apple Pay, and check is preferred. We also take Credit Card, Venmo, and other types of payment, but be aware there may be a transaction fee.

We do not accept insurance directly, but we do have another way to utilize insurance through another service and provider. Contact us for more information. We do accept FSA, however, you will still have to pay your VFE Specialist upfront. We will then complete & email an invoice with all of your pay sessions and details, which you will send to your FSA. You will then be reimbursed by your FSA.

Please tell us if you are contacting us for a current injury, what sport or physical activity you are currently involved in, how long the issue or injury has existed. Please provide us with who referred you, how did you hear about us, which location is best for you, Pasadena, Duarte or Walnut.
